Still sick. Blurgh. I hate when you swallow and your ears feel like gonna pop painfully off your head.

    I went back and read your previous points, and just something that I noticed:

    Its unrealistic that you will be able to avoid restaurants forever, I have the same problem. If you can't go in an order something reasonable, it will never get better.

    I still do terrible every time though:( Saying "no thanks" is the hardest part of weight loss for me, I'm great until its bieng offered on (literally) a platter.

  3. G - I know that avoiding restaurants is unrealistic, but I'm hoping that I can avoid them at first and then slowly work them back in. No thanks is also very hard for me.
